In the story of the “Parable of the Talents”(Matthew 25 14-30)…One was given 5, One was given 2, and the other was given 1! The ones that was given 5 and 2 took what they had and multiplied it, while the one that was given only 1 took it and buried it. And
“His master replied, ‘You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed? 27Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.
28” ‘Take the talent from him and give it to the one who has the ten talents. 29For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him. 30And throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
Wow! So who responsibility is it to take what God has given us an multiply? Ours!
I am inspired by this story! Years ago while sitting out in the Congregation at my church, God clearly spoke to me and said “I want you to sing for me again.” At that point I was in my early 20s and had been sitting out just enjoying worship and the word. God spoke and I obeyed, And Wow!!!! What a Ride it Has been. Around the World For Jesus. I love worshipping the Father!!! He is so Worthy of our Praise….
